Matthew Holden

I moved to Washington, DC, in 2012 to pursue a graduate degree at the George Washington University. Shortly thereafter, I began working for the DC Office of Zoning, where I supported the Zoning Map and Interactive Zoning Information System for six years.

Currently, I am a transportation analyst for Arlington County with a primary focus on active transportation and the County’s Vision Zero Program.

Before becoming a commissioner in 1B07, I served as a commissioner in 2B08 for one term from 2020 to 2022.
